The two featured towers host 30 and 42 floors separately. Both towers have been professionally developed in partnership with some of the most established fields in local architecture.

Found in Mont Kiara within the Kuala Lumpur Metropolis, Trittera’s development project stretches to 75.5 acres and has a net development price that reaches RM650 million. The two featured towers lay on a platform of 2.48 aces, with the first tower (Tower A) hosting 356 corporate suites and the second (Tower B) hosting 132 office rooms.

The project will also include a 1200-spot parking lot and 300 motorcycle parking spaces. Tower B was sold collectively to a legislative organization, whose actual name is hidden at present. The whole development has noted a usage rate of 80% so far.

The office spaces will be built in Met-8, one of the eight territorial subdivisions of Kuala Lumpur. The combo development by Naza TTDI developers will host the Malaysian International Trade & Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Malaysia’s biggest exhibition venue, and is estimated to cost RM20 billion.

Offices at MET towers are currently valued at RM1000 and RM1050/square foot. Tower A will host a total extension of 450K square feet and is split into three separate corporate units.

In the prime zone from the 10th to 25th floor, offices range from 800 to 2.5K square feet. In the second zone (premier) from 26th to 31st floor, the prices will range from 3K to 8K per square foot.

Finally, in the third “Prestige” zone that occupies floors 32 to 39, corporations can occupy the entire floor platform of 16K square feet. Buyers can also purchase multiple office spaces and link them up. 

Tower B will expand to 150K square feet and the office sizes will vary from 900 to 2300 square feet. The MET Corporate towers are estimated to be finished by the end of 2021.
