The 3rd space refers to the area that lies in-between our professional and personal selves, often focusing on the perks offered by recreational aspects. The Met Towers pay a tribute to the 3rd space concept with a generous provision of advanced corporate facilities and landscape exterior spaces that add to the development of a social ambiance. It also hosts chosen spots on the lower ground level, ground level, 9th floor (podium), 10th floor and 41st level. Totally, 85k square feet have been allocated to host 3rd space amenities.

The 3rd space features both private and social spots, food and beverage shops and spaces to connect with others. It is designed to provide a unique visual appeal.

The lower ground level will host an 8K square foot court, 3K square feet of each will be open. The ground level will host 10.5K square feet of room that features a large lobby with state-of-the art visitor surveillance and security measures, as well as a drop-off space with a water addition. Food & Beverage shops will also be featured here.

The 9th floor will host the “Glass Box”–a 5K square foot arched space for up to 300 people, with magnificent views of the Kuala Lumpur sky. The floor will also include a 3200 square feet gym facility and a sports area with shower and a sauna.

The concierge managed corporate centre will be hosted on floors 9 and 10 and includes meeting spaces of different dimensions as well as an auditorium for seminars and training events seating up to 80 persons. The 41st level will offer a 7500 square foot Sky and lounge bar.

Furthermore, with the rising popularity of co-working areas, the structure of the podium will enable a co-working business to work there. The MET was planned as an A-class office development with practical formation systems enabling versatile office rooms together with the inclusion of our distinct and secondary 3rd space areas.
